Pinterest as I've mentioned before in other posts is the new and upcoming blog sites for prominently women. In the recent weeks reports have come through about legal issues and problems with people "pinning" specific items. In the terms and conditions when joining Pinterest it states, "You acknowledge and agree that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the entire risk arising out of your access to and use of the site, application, services and site content remains with you." As a regular consumer most of us don't read the terms and conditions when joining a site thoroughly or at all, which is this situation could cause some serious implications.
Some Pinterest users are quitting the site due to fear of breaking these terms and conditions. There are in fact "pins" going on around Pinterest complaining about the terms and conditions. It will be interesting to see in the next few weeks if action is taken to change these or if they site will remain as popular.
